True Balance Body Work offers 30-, 60-, 75-, 90-, and 120-minute massages, each tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or relief for sore muscles, these sessions go beyond traditional massage, incorporating Polarity Therapy to address the energetic, emotional, and physical aspects of the human life force. Services include soothing Swedish massage, therapeutic deep tissue, and energy-balancing polarity therapy. I’m also certified in pre- and peri-natal massage, full anterior breast and chest work, scar tissue treatment, aromatherapy, cupping, and TMJ therapy.

Cancelation Policy
We value your time as much as ours. Starting July 1, 2026, True Balance Body Work will implement a cancellation policy. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $45 fee, which will be due at your next visit. For repeated cancellations, we may require prepayment for your time slot. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged the full rate and will require payment at the time of booking for future appointments. We’ll do our best to be punctual for your session, so please be mindful of your time slot, as others may be hoping to book it too!
