About Me

Deep down, I think I always knew I was meant to be a Massage Therapist.

I was the girl in high school starting massage circles in chorus—so I guess you could say the interest was always there!

My first real introduction to massage came in 2004, when I took a weekend course at the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle that taught a complete full-body massage. At the time, I wasn't sure where that path might go, but something about massage just clicked for me. I loved learning about the body, working with my hands, and most of all, seeing how much better someone could feel through caring, intentional touch.

A few years later, I decided to take that feeling a little further. In 2013, I completed the Holistic Massage Therapy program at Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich, Massachusetts, and became a licensed Massage Therapist.

Since then, I’ve continued to learn and grow—not because I think there is one perfect way to work with the body, but because every person is different, and there is always something new to discover.

My Approach

I believe massage should be personal.

Some days your body may need deep, focused work. Other days, you may simply need to slow down and breathe. I have a naturally intuitive approach and enjoy finding those areas of tension that can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint.

I have a firm touch and am comfortable using elbows and forearms for deeper work, but I can just as easily adjust to a lighter, gentler approach. I pay attention to how your muscles respond and adjust throughout the session rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.

My goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to give your body some time, attention, and space to relax—and to help you leave feeling a little more comfortable and a little more like yourself.

A Little More About Me

Outside of the treatment room, I’m a mom to two grown boys—which still somehow feels strange to say!

I love long drives with the music turned way too loud, taking walks, and spending time in nature. I paint, write, and dance—and for some reason, pothos and dandelions are the plants I can actually keep alive.

All animals are my friends, especially puppies.

I’m not much of a TV person because there’s usually something else I’d rather be doing. I enjoy pretty much every kind of sport, I love winter, enjoy spring, absolutely love fall, and summer…well, it’s just a little too hot for me.

After more than a decade as a licensed Massage Therapist, I’m still learning, still curious, and still genuinely excited about the work I do.

What started with a weekend massage class in 2004 eventually became a career I truly love. I’m grateful that I get to spend my days doing something that feels meaningful to me while helping other people take a little better care of themselves.

Thank you for trusting me with your body and your time. I don’t take that lightly.
